Police stated that they were speaking with a man who was in possession of a vehicle believed to be related to the abduction. The man was arrested as part of the investigation. **Missing BC Children Found Safe, Search for Suspect Continues** **Langley, BC - April 5, 2024** The Langley RCMP is pleased to announce that the two children who were the subject of an Amber Alert issued on March 27, 2024, have been located safely. At a media availability held at the Langley Detachment this morning, police released updated information about the ongoing investigation. The children, a two-year-old girl and a three-month-old boy, are currently in the care of child protection services. Police have also released an updated description of the woman alleged to have abducted the three-month-old. She is described as: * Caucasian female * Approximately 30 years old * Long, dark hair * Slim build * Wearing a black jacket and jeans * Driving a dark-colored SUV Anyone with information on the woman's whereabouts is urged to call 9-1-1 immediately. During the investigation, the Langley RCMP received over 180 tips from the public. Air 1 search and rescue teams were also deployed to assist in the search for the children. "We are grateful to the public for their overwhelming support and assistance in this case," said Langley RCMP Cpl. Holly Largy. "We would also like to thank our partner agencies, including the BC Coroners Service, for their tireless efforts."
